As the latest generation of high-precision laser tool setter, HPS-LCA100 uses a 405nm short-wave laser combined with a specially designed optical system and a high-stability structure. It supports the measurement of various tools ranging from Φ20um to Φ500mm and achieves a repeat measurement precision of <0.4um. The built-in high-speed sampling circuit and algorithm support a spindle tool setting speed of up to 200,000 rpm.

HPS-LCA100 can not only be used to measure and compensate for the changes in tool length and tool diameter caused by wear during the machining process but also can be used to evaluate indicators such as tool breakage, tool edge shape, tool and spindle runout, and spindle temperature drift. Compared with traditional tool setting methods, the HPS-LCA100 laser tool setter not only achieves higher measurement precision but also has advantages such as high integration, non-contact, and maintenance-free, which can effectively improve workpiece processing consistency and reduce the maintenance cost of machine tools.


HPS-LCA100 adopts a unique gas seal system and check valve design to prevent external foreign matter from entering the interior of the laser tool setter, enabling it to work stably in the environment of cutting fluid and machining debris for a long time, effectively improving the service life and reliability of the laser tool setter. The highly integrated design and compact structure simplify the installation process and save valuable machine tool space. It can be put into operation by connecting only one cable and one air pipe. The outlet methods of the front, side, and back bases make the installation more flexible. The built-in tool cleaning system can effectively remove the residual cutting fluid and machining debris on the tool surface by spraying high-speed air flow, improving the measurement precision of the tool.
