The Innovators Awards held by Vision System Design China has enjoyed a high reputation at home and abroad for many years. The entry categories of the Innovators Awards are revised annually according to specific circumstances. The expert jury is composed of system integrators, consultants and industry scholars. The 2024 Vision System Design China Innovation Awards (VSDC Innovators Awards 2024) is jointly organized by ACT International Media Group and the South China Industry Fair Organizing Committee, and has received extensive attention from the industry. As one of the 2024 Vision System Design China innovation award products, Hypersen's chromatic confocal sensor made a dazzling appearance at booth C013 in Hall 10 of the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an New Hall) during the Shenzhen South China International Industry Fair from June 19 to 21. Award-winning product

Hypersen's HPS-CF series is a high-end optical precision detection sensor based on the principle of spectral confocal method. It uses a non-contact measurement method to obtain distance value data on the surface of an object to realize surface contour and defect detection and analysis of the measured object. The product has a number of independent intellectual property rights. In practical applications, it breaks through the limitations of traditional detection methods and can perform online detection with sub-micron precision on the surface of transparent, highly reflective, and strongly light-absorbing materials.


In 2024, Hypersen once again increased its investment in spectral confocal technology, innovatively optimized the HPS-CFL series products, and launched several spectral confocal sensors such as HPS-CFL008A, HPS-CFL008B, HPS-CFL010B, and HPS-CFL015 to provide customers with high-precision detection sensors with more market competitiveness.
