Hypersen: Machine vision empowers precision intelligent manufacturing of automotive electronics.

From November 2 to 3, the "2023 Foxconn Advanced Technology Exchange Conference on Automotive Electronics" hosted by Foxconn Technology Group was grandly held in the Foxconn Longhua C4 lecture hall. As an important partner of Foxconn, Hypersen was invited to attend the conference and was honored with the title of "2023 Digital Foxconn Ecological Partner".

This technical exchange conference was held in the form of "offline communication + online connection". For two consecutive days, 600+ industry insiders from Foxconn's ecological partners across the country and those connected online from various Foxconn factory areas gathered together to attend this technical feast, in order to promote the upstream and downstream of the automotive supply chain to work together and discuss the development of manufacturing technology and the construction of lighthouse factories in the automotive electronics industry.

At the event site, Dr. Wang Guoan, general manager of Hypersen, said in his keynote speech on "Machine Vision Empowering Precision Intelligent Manufacturing of Automotive Electronics" that currently, automotive electronic visual inspection requires no blind spots in the measurement field of view, fast detection cycles, and high recognition accuracy.

In response to such requirements, Hypersen has launched a 3D Optical Profilometer. This product is equipped with a specially optimized CMOS photosensitive element, a four-in-one high-speed color projection unit, and an ultra-low distortion telecentric optical system. It is suitable for high-precision online measurement of the 2D/3D appearance and dimensions of various 3C, semiconductor, metal workpieces, PCBs and other products.
